JM Roofing LLC is a family-owned roofing company based in Pomona Park, in Putnam County, Florida. Juan Medina is the owner and the roofer.

JM Roofing is more than a roofing company. We are a family-owned business dedicated to protecting what matters most: your home and your family. We are a small outfit and we like it that way. Juan is on every roof. Tania is the voice on the phone and the one who calls you back. There is no sales department, so the person who quotes your roof is the person who builds it.
With nearly 20 years of roofing experience, Juan builds roofs meant to last. We know roofing problems can feel overwhelming, so we focus on honest communication, dependable service and workmanship you can trust at every step. From storm damage to a full roof replacement, we walk you through the process with care.
Most of what we build is metal, as a factory trained installer for Tri County Metals, and we also replace and repair shingle roofs, put TPO on flat decks, and take on commercial buildings. JM Roofing LLC holds Florida roofing contractor license RC29027900 and has been a BBB Accredited Business with an A rating from July 2024.
Juan comes to the house, gets on the roof, and photographs what he finds: decking, flashing, boots, valleys. He tells you on the spot what he sees.
You get the scope, the materials and the price in writing. If metal is on the table, he walks you through panel, gauge, finish and color so the estimate matches the roof you actually want.
Tania sets the date and calls if weather moves it. The old roof comes off to the deck, the deck is checked and re-nailed to code, underlayment goes down, then the new roof goes on. Plants and pool cages get covered.
Juan walks the property with you and shows you the finished work. The crew picks up every scrap and runs a magnet for nails before the truck leaves.

Where We Drive To From Pomona Park
Pomona Park sits on the south end of Putnam County, about 15 minutes below Palatka, so Crescent City, Satsuma, Welaka, San Mateo, East Palatka and Interlachen are home turf. From there we cover eight towns, out to the coast, north to Jacksonville and west to Lake City.
