Privacy Policy

When you request an estimate through the form on the contact page, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, and a message describing what you are seeing on the roof. All of it is information you type in yourself; the form reads nothing else from your device.

Like any website, this one also receives the technical information a web server sees: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. Our hosting provider uses that to serve pages and keep the site secure, not to identify you.

We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your estimate request. That means Tania reading your message, calling or emailing you to set a time, Juan looking up the property on a map, and preparing a written estimate. If you hire us, the same information becomes part of the job file, the written contract and, where a permit is required, the permit application filed with your county.

We do not use the form to build a marketing list. Asking about a leak does not sign you up for anything.

The form hands your message to a transactional email service, which delivers it to our inbox at jmroofingllc24@gmail.com. That service processes the message only to deliver it on our behalf and holds a copy according to its own retention terms. The inbox is a Google account, so once delivered your message is stored under Google's terms.

This site sets no marketing cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels that follow you to other websites. Any analytics tool we use to count visits will be named in this section, along with what it collects. Currently, none is in use. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, and the site works without them.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not hand it to lead brokers, marketers or other contractors. We share it only with people who need it to do the job you asked about, such as a supplier delivering panels to your address, the county building department for a permit, or the lender if you finance the job, and when the law requires it. If an insurance claim is involved, we share job documentation with your insurer only at your request.

If you request an estimate and do not hire us, we keep your message long enough to respond and follow up, then delete it. If you hire us, job records including your contact details are kept as long as Florida law and ordinary business practice require for contracts, permits and taxes.

Email jmroofingllc24@gmail.com from the address you used on the form, or call (386) 559-2169, and ask. We delete your form submission and the copies we hold, except records we are legally required to keep, such as a signed contract, and confirm by reply. You can also ask what we hold about you or ask us to correct it.

This site is for property owners and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

If we change how we collect or use information, we update this page and the date below. Continued use of the form after a change means you accept the updated policy.
