Our Goal
This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most accessibility laws point to. We treat it as a floor and check the site against it as pages change.
What This Site Does
- Every page can be navigated by keyboard alone, in a sensible order, with the focused element visibly outlined.
- Every photo that carries meaning, including the metal roofs on the our work page, has a text alternative, and decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Text and background colors meet the WCAG contrast ratios for normal and large text. The brand blue sits on white, and white text sits on the brand blue, at ratios that pass.
- Pages use proper headings, one main heading and a logical outline beneath it, so screen reader users can jump between sections.
- Every estimate form field has a visible label, and error messages say which field needs attention and why.
- Animation is kept to a minimum, and the site respects your operating system's reduce motion setting.
- Text can be resized to at least double without content being cut off, and pages work on phones, tablets and desktops without horizontal scrolling.
- The phone number is a tap-to-call link on every page.
Where We May Fall Short
No site is perfect. Some job photos may have alternative text that is briefer than the picture deserves. Content we did not create, such as the lender's prequalification pages or an embedded map, may not meet every guideline. We fix these as we find them.

Yes. Tell Tania what works for you. The written estimate is normally emailed, and we can send it as plain text rather than an attachment, print it in large type, or go through it with you line by line over the phone.
It is built to. Headings are in order, images have text alternatives, links say where they go, and the form fields are labeled. If your screen reader hits something that does not read right, tell us the page and what happened and we will fix it.
